He was predeceased by: his stepfather Robert Maddy; and his grandparents, Wallace and Agnes Lotts. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Maddy of Dobson, NC; his brothers, Ashley Pritchard of Huntsville, AL and Jonathan Maddy of Sylva, NC; his uncles, Robert Lotts of Staunton, VA and Kenny VanHoose; and his aunt Virginia Vanhoose of Crimora, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
