Spitler, Jr.; his children, Matthew L. Spitler of Stuarts Draft and Heather F. Willis (Larry) of Grottoes; his sister Julia A. Melzer (Jon) of Boca Grande, Florida; his parents-in-law, Michael and Norma Grogg of Greenville; his sister-in-law Crystal Truxell (Wesley) of Mt. Sidney; his nephew Jacob Truxell; his stepparents, John A. Whitlock of Staunton and Linda Spitler of Waynesboro; and his stepsister Robin Viers (Nicole) of Mt. Sidney.
