He was predeceased by: his parents, Osby Floyd Frazier, Sr. and Mary Frances Frazier (Carter); and his brother Francis Lee Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Michael Allen Ludwick Frazier, Angie Lowery, Chris Lowery (Tanya) and Crystal Cox; and his siblings, Oscar George Frazier, Vickie Frazier Kyger and Beverly Lynn Dudley. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and two special aunts.
