He is survived by: his parent Gaynelle Hemp (Holtz); his children, Audra Lynne McCray, James "Jimmy" Rondal Hemp, Jr., April Lynne Welsh, David Matthew Hemp, Carolyn Hemp and Betty "Betsy" Gaynelle Hemp; his brother Thomas "Tom" Hemp; his great grandchildren, Brayden Fix, Gavin Kincaid, Kylan Lucas, Jeremiah Hemp, Aniya Hemp, Jaxson Hemp, Carson Hemp, Karissa Hemp, Aiden Fix, Lauren Fix, Bryson Simpson and Breckyn Estes; and his grandchildren, James Fix, Nathan Fix, Evan Fix, Matt McCray, Trey Hemp, Josh Hemp, Jordi Hemp, Clay Falls, Levi Hemp, Austin Cross, Lance Cross, Jessica McCray, Jackie Spradlin, Cherokee Lucas, Randi Leigh Nuckoles and Hailey Hemp.
