He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Obaugh (Kline); his children, Gregory P. Obaugh, Tammy S. Obaugh and Michelle O. Puffenbarger (Steve); his sister Vallie Daughtery; his grandchildren, S. Hunter Puffenbarger, Raegan M. Puffenbarger, K. Trinity Obaugh and Addison V. Obaugh; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Obaugh.
