He is survived by: his son Daniel Cook of New Hope; his grandson Carter Cook; his sisters, Shirley Spitzer (Pete) of New Castle, VA and Julia Miller of Crimora, VA; his stepchildren, Sandy Grandi of Penn Laird, Bobby Taylor of Greenville and Curtis Taylor of Greenville; his grandchildren, Reanna and Isaiah; his nieces and nephews, Douglas Spitzer of Church Hill, TN, Earl Spitzer of New Castle, VA, Renee Vincent (Randy) of Tarpon Springs and Dawn Miller of Crimora; and his wife Mary Lue.
