He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Buchanan and Gertie Buchanan; and his siblings, Estel, Kitty, Polly, Peggy, Dorothy, George R. and Guy Jr. Bucky.
He is survived by: his friend Bill Hunter; his wife Judy; his daughter Ann Kellogg (Thomas); his granddaughter Ashley Kellogg (Matt Cloonan); his great grandchildren, McKinley, Havyn, Ava and Asher Cloonan; and his brothers, Frank Buchanan (Ila) and Russell Buchanan (Doris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
