He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sanford Phillips and Ruth Ellen Maenner Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marie Phillips; his children, Stephen Phillips (Stephanie) of Ocala, FL, Rachelle "Shelly" Phillips (Zachary) of Painter, VA, Yvette Fortier of New Jersey, Renee Helm (Michael) of Woodstock, VA and Robert Fortier (Terri) of Florida; his sister Gail Livolsi (Steve) of Levittown; his sister-in-law Judy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Makala, Lukus, Christopher, Tyler, Avery, Eliana and Preston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
