It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Travis Lee Deloach of Greenbackville, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James DeLoach and Juanita DeLoach (Starnes); and his sister Brenda Young. He is survived by: his wife Deborah DeLoach of Greenbackville, VA; his children, Jenny Bare of Horntown, VA, Emily Melnitchouk (Wally) of Newport News, VA, Barbara Bowden (Chris) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Matthew DeLoach of Greenbackville, VA; his grandchildren, Austin Bare of Colorado Springs, CO, Christopher Bowden, Jr. of Chincoteague Island, VA, Travis James DeLoach of Taneytown, MD, Amanda Bare of Horntown, VA, Sierra Bowden of Chincoteague Island, VA, Grace Bowden of Chincoteague Island, VA, Olivia Melnitchouk of Newport News, VA, Lily Melnitchouk of Newport News, VA and Brooke DeLoach of Taneytown, MD; and his siblings, Ruth Oakes (James) of Danville, VA and Clyde DeLoach (Lela) of Stewart, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due the COVID 19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
