He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Jarman and Marie Richardson Jarman; his son Fred B. Jarman; and his siblings, Debbie, Harry and Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Fox "Millie" Jarman of Greenbackville, VA; his sons, Donald P. "Donnie" Jarman, Jr. (Marilyn) of Allerton, IA and Mark V. Jarman of Little Creek, DE; his siblings, Arlene Ward of Snow Hill, MD, Vivian Helm of Federalsburg, MD, Mary Ann Larrimore of Felton, Joan Middleton (Butch) of North Carolina, Thomas Jarman (Linda) of North Carolina and Jerry Jarman (Sherry) of Clayton, DE; his grandchildren, Katie Allison, Melissa, Mark Jr., Vincent (Heather), Levi and Victoria; his sister-in-law Sue Jarman; and his godson Roy Lee Jarman, Jr.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
