She was predeceased by: her husband Robert William Simmons; her son Ronnie Simmons; and her grandson Daniel. She is survived by: her granddaughter Kristen Warren; her children, Bobbie Smith (Glen), Crystal Davis (Craig), John Cibula (May) and Dee Gurba (Wes); her grandchildren, William, Dakota, Brenden, Amber and Lani; and her siblings, Jayne Little (Gerry), Bobby and Ronnie McGlothlin.
