He was predeceased by: his daughter Stacy Mahlik; his grandparents, Paul, Catherine Mahlik, Elmer and Christine Johnson; his brother Lee Mahlik; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Koeppler and Arlene Mahlik.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Mahlik-Cropsey and Dan Mahlik (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alex Cropsey (Hailey), Abi Ogbonna (Edwin), Josh Mahlik (Leigh) and Isabella Mahlik; his great grandchildren, Remington, Kincaid Cropsey and Serena Ogbonna; his former wife Joyce Mahlik; and his siblings, Arnie Mahlik, Mike Mahlik (Terry), Dianne Koeppler (Dave Wouters) and Susann Periso (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
