He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dillino Allen, Jr. and Beulah M. Allen (Simmons); and his brother Jerry Lee Allen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Allen (Hellman) of Great Falls, VA; his children, Shanua Joo (Arshid) of North Carolina, Bryan Allen of Virginia, Ann Marie Carr (Steve) of Colorado, John Allen (Alison) of Florida, Matt Allen (Beth) of Georgia, Chris Allen (Ana) of Florida and Ken Allen (Connie) of New Jersey; his sister Karen Locke (Leon) of Warsaw; his nieces, Lisa Johnson (Chuck) of Warsaw, Linda Fox (Ben) of Dauphin, Laura Kehler (Jason) of Carman and Teena Shaw (Tino) of Coshocton; and his nephew Alan Locke (Denise) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
