With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Isaacs Schmitz of Great Falls, Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Isaacs and Grace Isaacs; her siblings, Fred Isaacs, Pete Isaacs, Darrel Isaacs, Geneva Isaacs and Trudy McGuigan; her son Carl Schmitz Jr.; and her grandson Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Carl L Schmitz August; and her children, Susie Carter (Smoot), William Schmitz, Linda Crumpacker and Eric Schmitz (Penny).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
