With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Joseph Elardo of Great Falls, Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Elardo and Lillian Elardo; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife June Martin Elardo; his sons, Christopher and Jason (Margot); his grandchildren, Raquel, Gianna and Caitlyn; and his loyal rescue beagle Beau. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a charitable contribution in his name may be made to charities that provide health and protection services to animals or to conduct medical research to combat human disease.
