She is survived by: her spouse John Logan Coffman, Jr.; her parent Mollie Sprouse (Sprouse); her children, John Logan "Johnny" Coffman, III (Charlotte) of Goshen, Jesse Andrew "Andy" Coffman and Karen Hinkle (Robert "Weatie") of Craigsville; her grandchild Angela Canterbury; her great grandchildren, Kayla Hinkle, Leanna Canterbury, Delanie Burns, Aidan Coffman, Hannah Coffman and Cole Coffman; her great great grandchild Abel Deaver; and her siblings, Jess Sprouse of Craigsville, Betty Henninger of Stuarts Draft and Phyllis Arey of Bridgewater. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
