He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlin Jackson and Hilda Jackson Miller (Bowles); his wife Nettie Louise Jackson (Warren); his son-in-law Doug Campbell; his siblings, Harry Jackson and Dorothy Stuples; and his half-siblings, Sam Miller, Joyce Miller, Wilma Miller and Shirley Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Campbell of Roanoke and Glenda Oscar (John Thornton) of Greenville; his half-brother James Miller of Goshen; his granddaughters, Cassie Oscar and Allison Oscar (Mickey Sheets); and his great grandchild Willow Sheets. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
