It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Vanmeter (Goshen, Virginia), born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Ervin Charles Vanmeter; his son Jimmy Hamilton; his grandson Mullen; and his siblings, George, Denny, Abe Vanmeter, Piney Myers, Betty Soos, Louise Richmond and Verna Lee Vanmeter.

He is survived by: his parent Bertha Crystal Cade Vanmeter; his children, Mary Sue Karr, Shena Dudley (Curtis Riley), Jeff Hamilton (Lisa) and Hope Nuckols; his great grandchildren, Austin Bryant and Kimber Stevens; and his brothers, Buck Vanmeter (Norma), Johnny Vanmeter (Connie) and Hubby Vanmeter. He is also survived by grandchildren that he raised, Lorry Stevens and Francis Miller and girlfriend Laurie Morris, as well as 10 other grandchildren.
