It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Anderson of Gore, Virginia, born in Rio, West Virginia, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Roxie Dove Burkholder; and her husband David Edsil Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Ronald "Ronnie" Anderson (Tina) of Gore, VA and Sandra Bayliss (Carl) of Stephens City, VA; and her grandchildren, Julia Hanson, Carl Bayliss, Emily Anderson and Hannah Anderson.
