We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2021, at the age of 63, William Randolph Payne of Gordonsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Randolph Payne and Elizabeth Scruggs Payne. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Payne; his children, Hannah Payne, Caleb Payne (Rhonda), Ethan Payne, Elijah Payne and James Payne; his sister Carolyn Harrell (Glenn); his grandchildren, Lydia Payne, Grant Payne and Landon Payne; and his nephews, Matthew Ward (Waverly) and Travis Ward (Robin). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
