He is survived by: his mother Ellen Denise Mitchell; his children, Victoria Elaine Mitchell (Mike Thacker), Vanessa Grace Mitchell (Bradley Eyler) and Michael Lee Mitchell III; his sister Laura Ellen Loudermilk (Calvin); his grandchildren, Brooklynn Elaine Thacker and Mason Lee Mitchell; and his aunts and uncles, David of Gordonsville, Debbie Fincham of Gordonsville, John and Janet Mitchell of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Home (301 S Main St, Gordonsville, VA 22942). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM.
