He is survived by: his wife Linda Herring Wood of Zion Crossroads; his daughter Nicole Brook Wood (Glenn Smith) of Mineral; his siblings, Robert "Trigger" Wood of Beaverdam, David Wood of North Carolina and Linda Lacey (Bodie) of Louisa County; and his grandchildren, Kensley Bryce Nicole Smith, Riely McKinley Brook Smith and Braeden Michael Glenn Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
