He is survived by: his mother Maybelle Collier Watson; his wife Paula Paynter Watson; his children, Stephanie Johnson (Brandon) of Scottsville, Dawn Herndon of Barboursville and James Watson (Sarah) of Greene; his sister Rebecca Henshaw of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Makayla, Linzey, Ryleigh, Naomi, Montgomery and Cash; and his great grandchild Waylon.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Beginnings Ph Church.
