He was predeceased by: his parents, Manless "Joe" Harper and Stella McDaniel; and his sister Doris Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Eric Harper; his daughter-in-law Tammy Harper; his grandchildren, Hunter Harper, Trenton Harper, Kiersten Harper, Kaylee Breslin and Luke Breslin; and his sisters, Nancy Snow (Wayne), Jean Gibson, Anna Jenkins and Alice Heimburg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
