He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Eugene Hoffman Sr.; and his brother Ted Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Louisa Riner Hoffman; and his siblings, Betty Mae Brown (Al), Thelma Jean Smith (Frankie) and Terry Lee Hoffman (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
