He is survived by: his significant other Carmen Lyles Tate; his children, Lewis Arnold Tate of Charlottesville and Troye Tate-Vigo (Christopher) of Bethlehem, PA.; his siblings, Cornell Tate (Tammy) of Coatesville, PA, Michael Kyle Tate of Coatesville, PA and Tonya Marie Tate of Philadelphia, PA; his mother-in-law Gloria V. Lyles of Charlottesville, VA; his sister-in-law Shinitia Lyles-Johnson (Kenny) of Frederick, MD; his aunts, Monica Roselle, Louise Tate and Cordoza Trice of Philadelphia, PA; his uncle Kenneth Tate of Philadelphia, PA; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Nigel and Sebastian Vigo of Bethlehem, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
