He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Andrew Adkins and Catherine Ernstine Perkins; his wife Cleo Faye Adkins; his children, Michelle Goodwin, Nichole Cooper (John), Samantha Berriman (Brandon), Robert Moneymaker (Nancy) and Andre Haakenson; his siblings, Harry Perkins Jr. and Christy Kitchens (Rob); his grandchildren, Coty Goodwin (Hayley), Alexis Harrison (Brandon), Bailey Moneymaker, William "Billy" Cooper, Tristen Goodwin (Taylor), Rachel Cooper, Ashley Goodwin, Elizabeth Goodwin, Cheyenne Henderson, Harley Cooper and Devin Tate; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Goodwin, Kayce Goodwin, Lucas Goodwin and Morgan Goodwin.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bob's Family Home.
