It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Miller (Goodview, Virginia), who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gary Estep and Willa "Penny" Lasley Estep; her grandmother Beulah Lasley; her husband Larry Miller; her children, Joani St, Clair (Ricky Jr.), Sheila Witcher (Zach), Kyle Williams and Richard Williams; her stepdaughter Jessie Brotze (Travis); her grandchildren, Austin, Zach Jr., Keira, Maddox, Allie, Tatiana, Jacob and Lucas; and her siblings, Gwen, Cherene, Timmy, Gary Lee and J. E.. She was also cherished by many friends and extended family.
