He was predeceased by: his parents, William B Rucker and Minnie Sue Rucker; his daughter Heather Elizabeth Rucker; and his brothers, Wayne Rucker and Richard Rucker.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Mitchell Rucker (Brandy Rucker); his grandchildren, Nathanial Rucker, Rex Rucker, James Turner and Julieanna Davis; and his brothers, Gary Rucker and Barry Rucker. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
