He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Martin Boothe; his children, Jadie, Anne Boothe, Jennifer and Scott Bowers; his grandchildren, Kaylee Bowers, Billy Boothe and Heidi Boothe; his brother Stacey; his sister-in-law Karen Boothe; his sister Sharon; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Smith, Jimmy Martin and Eric Martin; and his friends, Dar, Chris, Randy, Janet, Gary, Jerry, Robert, Charlie and Willie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
