It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrett Perdue Jr. (Goodview, Virginia), who passed away on April 28, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beatrice M. Perdue; his parents, Garrett H. Perdue Sr. and Ethel Wright Perdue of Two; his siblings, Hyle Jiggs Perdue, Ford Perdue and Frances Perdue Prillaman; his children-in-law, William Brackens (Bill) and Kathy Beltz Perdue; his children, Theresa Brackens, Ernest Perdue (Jeanie), Charles Perdue (Dianna), Rose Hoback (Larry), Noel Perdue (Karen) and Leon Perdue (Alison); and his close friend Sonny Arrington. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
