He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Lee Wagner and Ralph Wagner of Pilgrims Knob, VA; his brother Randy Wagner of Pilgrims Knob, VA; and his cousins, Ronnie Wagner and Christine Cole of Pilgrims Knob.
He is survived by: his pet Bandit; his children, Amber Rhiannon Mullins (Anthony) of Pilgrims Knob, VA and Tyler Wayne Wagner (Allison) of Botetourt, VA.; his brother Brian Ralph Wagner of Pilgrims Knob, VA; his grandchildren, Kaiden Mullins and Kenzie Mullins of Pilgrims Knob, VA; his aunts, Bonnie Childress, Karen Wagner, Emma Wagner, Betty Jo Murphy Davis and Phyllis Jean Murphy Lenick; his cousins, Angie Ledbetter, Daniel Wagner, Timmy Wagner and Rodney Wagner; and his close friend Violet Hillaker.
