He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil "Donald" Powell and Joann Durham; and his siblings, Donnette Powell and Sam Powell. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Powell and Benjamin Powell (Laken); his grandsons, Austin and Chaemen Powell; his sister Stephanie Milliron (Jay); his sister-in-law Amy Powell; and his nieces, Meghan Burnette (Jeffrey), Anna Milliron and Emma Milliron.
