He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert M. Levine and Jane Winslow Levine; his children, Caleb W. Richmond, Samuel W. Levine, Jennifer M. Levine and Caroline J. Levine; the mother of his children Marie Gobble Levine; and his siblings, Kathy Levine Sanborn (Rick) and Chip Levine (Kathy Rogers). He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
