Thomas Dewey Frank Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Dewey Frank of Goode, Virginia, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Arlington Frank and Elizabeth Laubach Frank; and his daughter Angela Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Powell Frank; his daughter Cindy Lou Davis (Bryan) of Lynchburg; his sister Donna Lee Sandt (Gary) of Easton, PA; his grandson Colton Blake Davis; his brothers-in-law, Phil Powell (Lisa) and Tony Powell; and his friend Jim Dudley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
