He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin S. Koelkebeck and Betty A. Buxton Koelkebeck; his nephew Ryan Eugene Blair; and his niece Lisa Anne Blair. He is survived by: his siblings, Valerie K. Amato, Josephine A. Jones, Yvonne C. Neigh (Joseph), Vivian M. Swartz (Kevin), Quentin F. Koelkebeck (Natasha) and Timothy A. Koelkebeck (Michele). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
