He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garnet Lambert Sr. and Betty Lou Padgett Lambert; his grandmother Kyle L. Padgett; and his sister Sandra Lambert Everett. He is survived by: his cousins, Paul K. Padgett of Fremont, Joe Trice of Blacksburg, Virginia and Mike Trice of Charlottesville. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
