She is survived by: her children, Bill Rowe (Susan), Connie Taylor (Pete), Tommy Rowe (Helen) and Ronald Rowe (Angie); and her grandchildren, Rodney Payne (Brandy), Christian Ann Evans (Ryan), Shannon Tilley and Todd Rowe. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; along with many friends.
