Though Thelma Virginia has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Rowe (Susan), Connie Taylor (Pete), Tommy Rowe (Helen) and Ronald Rowe (Angie); and her grandchildren, Rodney Payne (Brandy), Christian Ann Evans (Ryan), Shannon Tilley and Todd Rowe. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; along with many friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (12609 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238).
