It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ellsworth Dorey (Goochland, Virginia), who passed away on March 2, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Morris Dorey; his daughters, Elizabeth Alford (Bruce) and Susan Heffinger (Michael); and his grandchildren, Dori Lynn Henley, Nathan Alford, Ray Henley and Joshua Heffinger. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Oakland Baptist Church or American Legion Post 215.
