He is survived by: his wife Karen Starr Mauzy Dunn; his children, John Franklyn Dunn, Richard Christopher Dunn and Kimberly Starr Dunn McIntosh; his granddaughter Jordan Starr McIntosh; his sister Christina Jordan Dunn; and his pets, Elvis "Squiggle" and Moose.
