We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 78, Constance W. Combs of Goochland, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Williams and Verlie Williams; her sister Betty Morrison; and her niece Lori Talley. She is survived by: her wife Sandra Derby; her son Chris Derby; her niece Gloria Nestor; and her nephew James Nestor.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Goochland County Animal Shelter & Adoption Center.
