It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Pointer of Gloucester, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Harvey Pointer, Sr. and Emma Sue Kemp Pointer; and also, Mike, Jimmy and Elsie Lee.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn (Debora) and Owen (Teresa); his grandchildren, Chris (Paige) and Steven; his stepgrandchildren, Brian Hill, Casey Hill and Taelor Antunes; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carrington, Adelise, Gabriel and Zoe; his sister Kathleen Bristow; and his sister-in-law Wyolene Pointer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
