Bartley, III (Kerrie); his brother Raymond Bartley (Connie); his grandchildren, Copeland Jones, Ellie Jones, Vance T. Bartley, IV, Hudson Bartley and Kinley Bartley; his sister-in-law Roberta James; his nieces and nephews, Jeff James, Haley Poulson, Josh James, Scott Bartley, Jennifer Adams and Kristen Laughlin; and also Judy Freshman.
