She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Carter and Patricia Brown. She is survived by: her children, Karla Jefferson (Alphonso) and Timothy Jenkins (Samantha); her grandchildren, Memphis, Cash, Dominick, Jackson and Junior Jenkins; and her brother Thomas Carter.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hogg Funeral Home (3098 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
