She is survived by: her husband Linwood Franklin Rowe, Sr.; her children, Tina Lynn Lewis, Jean Desiree Rowe and Linwood Franklin Rowe, Jr.; and her sisters, Jean Carmen Oliver and Crystal Oliver. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
