He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lee West, Sr. and Myrtle Walker West; and his sister Betty Belvin. He is survived by: his wife Debra West; his stepchildren, Russ Harper (Saffi) of Newport News, David Harper (Ashley) of South Carolina, Eddie Harper III of Georgia and Renee Hall (Wade) of Georgia; his sister Frances Belvin (Edward) of Hayes; his niece Crystal Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Dominique, Debra, Elizabeth, Elise, Cherise, Amelia, Natalie, Noah, Reese and Addison.
