It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Eugene Dezern Sr. of Gloucester, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Dezern (Joyce Dezern); and his sister-in-law Nancy Jenkins. He is survived by: his mother Irene Dezern; his brother Ronnie Dezern (Sherrie); his sister-in-law Evelyn Cecil; his children, Gene Dezern (Debbie) and Carrie Daley (Rob); and his grandchildren, Blake, Tyler, Ashley, Johnathan, Gregory and Angel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
