With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Paul Ottarson III of Gloucester, Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ottarson and Eliza Ottarson; his brother-in-law Milton Belvin; and his great grandchild Claire Hudgins. He is survived by: his children, Paula Jean Huff (Ray), Mark Ottarson (Anita) and Jacklynn Ottarson; his siblings, Donnie (Melinda), Esther Belvin, Patricia Gills, Wanda Hudgins and Norman; his grandchildren, Marie Foster, Rebecca Hudgins (James), Cole Huff, Brittany Ottarson and Mackenzie Huff; and his great grandchild Calvin Hudgins.
