He is survived by: his wife Lucille Shackelford Rowe; his children, Timothy Rowe (Danette), Charlene Isner (Richard) and Robert Grant Rowe III; his son-in-law Tom Gillenwater; his grandchildren, Pamela Rowe, Stacey Gary, Julie Gary, Erin Gillenwater and Tommy Gillen; his great grandchildren, Landon Sikora, Liana Pastron and Grayson Sikora; his great great grandchildren, Ezra Evola and Selah Evola; and his sisters-in-law, Irene Hogge (Kenneth), Rosemary Coleman and Cheryl Slavnik (Danny).
