He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fletcher and Elizabeth Ogburn Fletcher; and his sister Anita Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jenkins Fletcher; his daughter Paige Fletcher Bland (Jay); his grandson Nicholas Bland; his siblings, Barry Fletcher, Howard Fletcher (Denise) and Robin Wilson (Ronny); his sister-in-law Amelita Thomas (John); his nieces, Holly Handy (Tony) and Jessica Day (Mike); and his nephew Cameron Fletcher (Jessyca). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
